AMRGSS16 - Silicone Sponge for Rail Applications

AMRGSS16 is a flame retardant closed cell silicone sponge. Developed for compliance in rail applications, it exhibits medium density (250kg/m³ / 16lbs/ft³ ) and can be supplied in extruded simple shapes. AMRGSS16 complies with the requirements of EN45545, making it suitable for use in safety-critical environments. It’s often used where flexible sealing or vibration damping is needed, or where components require added protection.

• Low moisture absorption with stable performance even after immersion
• Temperature range of -50°C to +200°C
