Everything is manufactured at our Littlehampton, West Sussex facility using robust, ISO 9001-certified processes. Tooling, extrusion, joining and post-curing are all handled in-house, giving you consistency and reliability of supply across batches and control over timelines.

Traceability is built into our quality control process. We use batch numbers, retain control samples and maintain detailed documentation to meet the most stringent, sector-specific quality requirements. Materials are recorded, and compliance data is available on request. We work closely with customers in industries where accuracy, repeatability and supply chain confidence aren’t optional, they’re expected.
